Homeyards Botanical Gardens

Year 6 children were fortunate enough to be invited to Homeyards Botanical gardens. Whilst they were there, they helped the Homeyards volunteers with the display of plants around the gardens. The tasks included planting heather and snowdrops and clearing bark. Then, were treated to a biscuit and hot chocolate to celebrate their hard work. Year 6 class enjoyed their visit very much and can’t wait to return to see how their flowers have grown.
