Mrs Fletcher

I am looking forward to continue teaching the current Year Two class next year, as they move up into Year Three, and fostering the growth of the children I am fortunate enough to be teaching.

Many of us will have special memories of the teacher who released our own personal potential and awakened our passion for learning. Whether it is developing a love of books, a penny dropping in a maths moment, or purely feeling seen, heard and understood – this is what motivates me. I want to empower children to take ownership of their own learning journey and I am passionate about making a difference.

I am a very creative person and have many interests which reflect this. I enjoy oil painting and have held exhibitions in Teignmouth. I love singing and playing the guitar, I write poetry and I perform in local theatre productions when time allows. Alongside my interests, high on my agenda is making special memories with my family (especially my two beautiful children) and friends through meaningful experiences.
