Ten children from Years 5 & 6 took part in the Dartmoor School Sports Partnership's Cyclocross event on a beautiful September day in Ashburton. This was the first time Shaldon Primary have taken part and the children loved it. Challenging steep hills, slopes and bends tested their endurance. Jack Cannon (Year 5) was 15th and Sophia Sutton (Year 6) 19th and the others came home closely behind. Very well done for trying a new sport.
